Enterprise Properties Limited has officially opened its services to the broader Ghanaian market after spending 15 years primarily supporting companies within the Enterprise Group ecosystem. The move marks a significant shift for the firm as it seeks to expand its footprint in property management, facilities management, leasing, project management, and advisory services.
Company executives say the expansion will generate employment opportunities across multiple support industries, including security, maintenance, landscaping, and facility services. The development also reflects growing demand for institutional-grade real estate management as Ghana’s property sector continues to mature.
Enterprise Properties is also exploring growth opportunities beyond Accra and could eventually extend its reach into regional and international markets through the wider Enterprise Group network.
